Employee Spotlight: Heather Dudek
Heather came to us as a graduate from Emory University with a major in Environmental Studies. During her time working here she has completed a Masters from Green Mountain College with a concentration in Conservation Biology, got married to her husband Josh, and had a beautiful baby Kyleigh. Work Life
As the Customer Service Manager, Heather has worked at MR Systems for almost 6 years and throughout her time has continued to set the standard of success. She works daily on managing service orders, setting up projects, invoicing, accounts receivables, running weekly meetings, and cost and billing forecasting. Heather is the face and voice of MR with our customers, making sure their needs are satisfied. She loves the opportunity to be involved with every department here at MR Systems. In 2016 Heather was awarded, by her co-workers, the Reggie Reel Founder’s Award for outstanding work. We are proud to have her on board and look forward to watching her success.
Home Life
Heather, Josh, and Kyleigh enjoy cruising and traveling to Walt Disney World. A typical weekend consists of loving on her daughter and spending time in the park as a family. Her family is currently in the home building process, as they look forward to starting the New Year in their new home. During her free time Heather helps run the Wine to Water Atlanta Chapter. She believes the opportunity to help make a difference came at the right time in her life- combining her passion for the environment and helping others.
