Robert Touchton: Chief Design Officer
Now the Chief Design Officer, Robert Touchton is responsible for ensuring that MR Systems’ key strategies are supported by emerging technologies and organizational competencies. He ensures a strong, visible leadership of a design agenda and culture at MR Systems. In order to do this, Robert attends the relevant events and conferences to be able to connect key individuals and industries back to MR Systems.
Fun Fact: “Before I became an engineer, I was on track to be the next Jack Nicklaus and received a golf scholarship to college. I also won a Governor’s Honors Award in Architectural Drafting.” – Robert

Eric Conder: HMI Technical Lead
As the HMI Technical Lead, Eric demonstrates HMI configuration expertise (setting up computer system hardware, networks, configuring SCADA application software, developing 3D graphic displays, developing custom reports, system acceptance testing, and providing HMI training) and has some PLC programming knowledge. He also advises Applications Engineers of HMI development standards and SCADA system configuration methods.
Fun Fact: “One of the most rewarding things I do in my spare time is leading mission trips to Puerto Rico. Every year I, along with other leaders, teach students to use power tools and hand tools along with ingenuity to solve building problems with a severe lack of tools and building materials, and returning home with all our fingers. I am also a self-taught programmer and an amateur kayaker and guitar player.” – Eric

John Rush: Engineering Production Manager
As the Engineering Production Manager, John manages all production, manufacturing, and engineering design. He is responsible for the design and modification of SCADA system control panels and industrial control panels and supervises all design and drafting personnel. He develops better panel layouts based on input from Field Service Technicians and customer response. John also provides assistance to Field Service and Sales with engineering consulting and with preparation of sales proposals.
Fun Fact: “In High School, I won a county wide science fair by injecting an audio signal through a pocket laser and transporting it across the room onto a photocell, which was then amplified and played. I also design and manufacture high powered LED Lamps for the Marine Industry.”
